Products
All arrangements are handcrafted to order with fresh flowers. Photos are representative of the style of each arrangement; because every piece is made by hand and flower availability varies, your arrangement may differ slightly from the photo. We may substitute flowers or materials of equal or greater value as described in our Refund Policy.

Pricing and availability
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders we are unable to fulfill due to flower availability or delivery limitations. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund.

Accuracy of information
You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase, contact, and delivery information so that we can complete your order.

Delivery and pickup
Local delivery is offered in Fresno and Clovis, CA, with the fee calculated at checkout by distance. Free local pickup is available at 6522 N Bendel Ave, Fresno, CA 93722. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bianca's Flowers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Fresh flowers are natural products; please keep arrangements away from children and pets if any flowers may be harmful when ingested.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
